We’ve built ventures in Latin America from scratch. And we operated them as they grew into multi-billion dollar enterprises. We know firsthand the complexity that comes with scale.
This is the experience Satya is built on. We seek to break through the clutter of startup hype and jargon - and stay with the builders.
We are drawn to tech-enabled, consumer-facing companies with strong operational components — where we can add real value beyond capital.
We are not a traditional VC. Over the years, however, we have worked and invested alongside Wollef, Newtopia, Kaszek, Latitud, YC, Softbank, Founders Fund, amongst others.

I like getting into the trenches. I’ve spent the last decade building and operating companies in markets where nothing comes easy. Argentina, Mexico, Turkey, Dubai.
I’ve led multi-country operations, built teams from scratch, and worked across product and operations to make things actually work at scale. The team has always been at the center. Recruiting well and developing people is where I put a disproportionate amount of energy.
Today, I work closely with founders to turn strategy into real operations. Focusing on what matters, asking the hard questions, and showing up when things get complicated.

I have occupied CEO, COO, GM hats and pretty much any role in a startup: Growth, Logistics, Sales, Treasury... you name it! Operating across 8+ countries in Latin America, I have been based in CDMX, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires.
